Liked to be here, the hotel was overall clean and luxury, the location was exceptional opposite Gloucester Road tube near the museums. Offered us a buffet breakfast, it was fine;))

Perfect location, good service and good food. Comfortable bedroom. Late check-out too. Plus, I was able to park my car onsite. Next to a metro station, within walking distance of a supermarket and lovely stores.

All in all a fully booked hotel and relaxing stay. Beautiful, elegant room and satisfactory breakfast, extremely friendly staff. There were shopping centers and a market around the property. Hotel was impeccably clean.

Stunning style, so clean, unbeatable location. Our room, including a bright bathroom, was simply amazing, and exquisite. The lady from the bkfast staff was approachable! We loved the local area around the hotel. Also, royal albert hall was max 15 minutes walk to. Recently renovated venue, helpful service.
Facilities were new, but wifi was terrible. Dreadful views; very cold breakfast. There was very hard bed in my room.

Incredible location, GREAT breakfast, calm room. Being minute walk from Garfunkel's Restaurant was nice, we had dinner there. Modern furniture, we enjoyed the comfy bed. Kudos to concierge.
